Once again I’d like to thank Influenster for sending over Replica – Beach Walk by Maison Margiela free for me to try in exchange for an honest review. Firstly the packaging is cute, the box has a matte feel making it a little hard to open – I actually had to open the bottom first. Still not entirely sure if It’s meant that way. Initially I couldn’t get the pump to work so I had to unclog it with a needle – unexpected due to the products super high price point.
The scent! Wow! Strong and long lasting this perfume induces clear memories of the ocean and beach. I am literally transported back to my teens and the nostalgia factor is off the charts. I recommend wearing this out in the Summer, night or day. It’s super clean and appropriate for most occasions.
For this post I will be focusing on a few of my favorite Truly Beauty products. Let’s start with the Unicorn CBD Body Butter – Absolutely love the whipped texture of this! Very soft and smells just like cotton candy. It leaves my skin feeling amazing and really helps my dry spots especially my elbows! You can really tell the difference between this and the Unicorn Butter Truly makes without CBD. I definitely recommend spending the extra for the benefit of the added CBD. One con I have is that it’s not the easiest to apply – you really have to let it warm in your hands well before application, I would say its harder than your average whipped butter.
CBD Jelly Anti-Blemish Body Mask
Next up is the CBD Jelly Anti-Blemish Body Mask which I absolutely love! If you’re a fan of watermelon this is for you! It’s SUPER scented and the scent actually carries a while. My favorite thing about this mask is the texture – as the name suggests it’s actually jelly. Pairing this mask with the CBD Jelly Anti-Blemish Body Cleanser has been a complete game changer for me and I cannot rave about this line enough!
Moon Rocks Whipped Body Scrub
Moon Rocks Whipped Body Scrub is soo good! Again as with most Truly products the scent is heavy. Blue Tansy and Lavender are what I pick up on the most, it’s heavenly but like i’ve said before I have seen people complain about the scent being too heavy – in my personal opinion this is not the case but I am a big fan of scented skincare. This product is super exfoliating and really gets the job done, the whipped consistency is again beautiful! Truly has been blowing me away with their textures and this is definitely a stand out product.
Unicorn Fruit Lip Plumping Balm
Last but not least i’d love to shout out the Truly Unicorn Fruit Lip Plumping Balm! I absolutely love the whipped consistency of this balm! It’s minty and plumps my lips without burning. It also leaves you with a nice glossy shine. The rainbow swirl is beautiful as with all truly unicorn products! Definitely recommend especially for the price point.
