Hey everyone! How are you? (Mental health check in the comments). I haven’t updated in a while but I wanted to drop in and rave about my Amika hair dryer for a minute. Specifically, the 1875 watt Brooklyn Heat. I’ll also mention their amazing 3D Volume and Thickening Shampoo & Conditioner later on.

I bought this dryer a little over a year ago and it is the absolute best hair dryer I’ve ever used! I cannot believe the quality, super high end. Not to mention the design is to die for – right down to the box it comes in, beautiful. The price point of Amika dryers is a little steep (around $120) but in my opinion absolutely worth it.

Now down to the actual specs – Brooklyn Heat comes with 3 temperature and 2 speed settings. The LED lights indicate changes in the temperature and speed (super pretty btw). There is a removable end cap + lint filter which makes for seamless cleaning. There’s also a cool shot button which I love, it helps set your look perfectly because this baby gets HOT!

Amika hair dryers are next level and I highly recommend investing! Another product I swear by is their 3D Volume & Thickening Shampoo + Conditioner.

I can honestly say I’ve seen a big difference in my hair since I started using both the shampoo and conditioner. It’s definitely much thicker, I was actually getting worried at how thin it was getting until I switched to Amika. The scent is a big plus for me too, it smells so good! Again, the price point is a little steep but with the results and quality I can say it’s worth it.
